This page sets out all the terms applicable to using the krikya platform, including member rights and responsibilities and rules governing our services. By accessing the site or opening an account, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement governing the use of the krikya platform and all services provided under it. By accessing this site, registering, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. 1. General Provisions
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the krikya website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the Platform. "Services" refers to the casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment features offered by krikya.
Changes to the Terms

2. Eligibility and Registration
Age Requirement and Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use any service on krikya. Participation in any casino or betting activity by minors is strictly prohibited. It is each member's responsibility to provide accurate information at registration and to keep that information up to date at all times.

- Each person may only create one account.

Account Verification
krikya reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Government-issued identification, proof of address, or other relevant documents may be requested for verification. Account Security
Each member is responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Sharing a password with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the krikya support team immediately. The member bears responsibility for any misuse of their account.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
krikya currently supports the following transaction methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka; cryptocurrency and foreign currency transactions are not accepted.
Limits and Processing Times
The following limits apply to all payment methods:
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 (all methods)
- Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed
Transaction Rejection and Suspension
krikya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel any deposit or withdrawal in cases of suspicious transactions, account disputes, or security concerns. In such cases, the affected member will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to resolve the matter.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus Terms
krikya offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.
For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
- Each member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be treated as free cash directly.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
Rules for Other Promotions
krikya's weekly, seasonal, and special occasion promotions each operate under their own specific terms. The minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, and claim deadline may vary between promotions. Whether multiple bonuses can be active at the same time will be stated in the detailed terms of each offer.
Prevention of Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit the bonus system fraudulently — such as opening multiple accounts, using bots, or coordinated betting patterns — will result in the relevant account and any accrued bonuses being cancelled once detected. krikya has sole discretion in such matters.
5. Gameplay and Betting Rules
Reliability of Game Results
The results of slots, live casino games, and other games on krikya are determined through certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Any attempt to manipulate or influence game results is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Sports Betting Terms
In sports betting, a confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, krikya's standard rules will apply, which typically involve returning the original stake or voiding the bet. In a multi-bet, if one selection becomes void, the outcome may be settled based on the remaining selections.
Technical Errors
If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue or server outage, krikya will take appropriate action. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a clear error may be reviewed and cancelled by krikya.
6. VIP Program and Responsible Gaming
VIP Tiers and Benefits
krikya's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback applies at each tier: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. VIP tier upgrades are evaluated automatically based on member activity.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
krikya believes that betting and casino games should be played for entertainment purposes only. Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or account breaks on our platform. 7. Account Suspension and Closure
Grounds for Suspension by krikya
krikya may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:
- Providing false identity or information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Fraudulent conduct involving the bonus system
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
- Attempting to breach the platform's technical systems
Member Request to Close Account
A member who wishes to voluntarily close their account must contact the support team. The member will be given the opportunity to complete all pending withdrawals before closure; however, any unused bonuses will be considered forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property and Data Protection
Intellectual Property Rights
All content displayed on the krikya platform — logos, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of krikya or its partners. No member or third party may copy, distribute, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes.
Data Privacy
The collection, storage, and processing of members' personal data by krikya is carried out in accordance with applicable law. 9. Disclaimer and Limitations
Service Warranty
The krikya platform is operated on an "as is" basis. krikya is not liable for any disruption caused by internet connectivity, device issues, or third-party software. Temporary service interruptions may occur for server maintenance or upgrades.
Acknowledgement of Betting and Gaming Risk
Online betting and casino games carry financial risk. Members participate on this platform voluntarily and at their own risk. You should not wager any amount beyond your means. krikya and its management team are not responsible for any financial loss resulting from a member's betting decisions.
Third-Party Content
krikya hosts games from various independent game studios — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. The technical aspects of these games remain the responsibility of the respective developers. krikya acts solely as a platform.
10. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
Dispute Resolution Process
Any dispute or complaint must first be submitted in writing to the krikya support team. The support team will review the matter and attempt to resolve it within a reasonable time. If the member is not satisfied with the resolution received, both parties may resolve the matter through a mutually agreed third-party mediator.
